Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Business Administration experts to challenge, evaluate, and refine cutting-edge AI models from boardroom to operations. This fully remote hourly contract role requires deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous, professional-grade reasoning.

You will design complex business cases, author gold-standard solutions, and audit AI-generated content while working independently on asynchronous tasks. Prior AI experience is not required.

Qualifications

• MBA from an accredited institution.
• Strong foundation in Finance and Strategy or Marketing/Operations.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level analyses.

Responsibilities

• Design Complex Business Challenges across domains like DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, and cap table modeling.
• Author rigorous, step-by-step solutions with financial statements, 4Ps/5Cs, and Porter's Five Forces for AI training.
• Audit AI-generated business content for logical consistency and accuracy.
• Identify and document flaws in AI reasoning and provide structured feedback.
• Work independently on task-based assignments with flexible scheduling.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed - just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous, professional-grade reasoning.

What You’ll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges - Create advanced case studies, quantitative problems, and strategic scenarios across domains like DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, and cap table modeling
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions - Write rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level strategic rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
• Audit AI-Generated Business Content - Evaluate AI-produced business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
• Sharpen AI Reasoning - Identify and document flaws in AI reasoning - such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables - and provide structured, actionable feedback
• Work Independently - Complete task-based assignments asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational knowledge in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style analysis and recommendations
• Exceptionally detail-oriented - you catch errors in financial formulas, faulty assumptions, and flawed business logic
• Clear and precise written communicator who can explain sophisticated concepts with confidence
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
• Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Proficiency in data-driven decision tools - Excel financial modeling, Tableau, SQL, or similar
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language models as an end user
