Job summary

A+F Recruitment is recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a growing international manufacturing business based in North Dublin. This newly created role sits in a lean finance team, reporting to the CFO, ideal for a qualified or senior part-qualified accountant who enjoys the operational side of business.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, manufacturing costing, KPI analysis, and partner with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and R&D teams while supporting international

Qualifications

• Qualified or senior Part-Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA.
• Manufacturing, engineering or stock-heavy environment experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, standard costing and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills essential.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Commercial mindset and ability to partner with operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reporting.
• Manufacturing costing, BOM analysis and labour/material variances.
• Stock, WIP and finished goods valuations.
• Analyze operational and plant KPIs.
• Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and R&D teams.
• Support international operations, including AP/AR oversight.
• Multi-currency reconciliations and treasury activities.
• VAT, VIES, Intrastat and CSO reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls across purchasing, stock and production.

I’m currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a growing international manufacturing business based in North Dublin.

This is a newly created role within a lean finance team, reporting directly to the CFO. It’s a great opportunity for an ambitious qualified or senior part-qualified accountant who enjoys getting close to the operational side of a business rather than focusing purely on month-end reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and performance reporting
• Manufacturing costing, BOM analysis and labour/material variances
• Stock, WIP and finished goods valuations
• Analysis of operational and plant KPIs
• Partnering with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and R&D teams
• Supporting international operations, including AP/AR oversight
• Multi-currency reconciliations and treasury activities
• VAT, VIES, Intrastat and CSO reporting
• Strengthening financial controls across purchasing, stock and production

Key Requirements:

• Qualified or senior Part-Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA
• Strong experience within manufacturing, engineering or a stock-heavy distribution environment
• Good knowledge of inventory, standard costing and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Commercial mindset and confidence partnering with operational teams
