Job summary

Wilde, part of Staycity Group, is expanding and seeking a Maintenance Technician to support painting, flooring and refurbishment across guest areas. The role offers hands-on work with flooring restoration and ongoing maintenance to maintain premium standards in our aparthotels.

You will work with the Chief Engineer and Maintenance team to plan activities, ensure safety, and collaborate with Housekeeping to keep rooms in excellent condition while championing sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience in a hotel or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Undertake painting and decorating works throughout guest areas to a high standard.
• Assist with flooring replacement and wooden floor restoration projects.
• Support refurbishment and routine maintenance while minimising guest disruption.
• Coordinate with the Chief Engineer to plan schedules and allocate resources.
• Ensure safety checks and compliance with current procedures.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping to keep rooms in presentable order.
• Contribute to environmental sustainability initiatives.
• Be the brand ambassador for Wilde and uphold premium standards.
