Qualifications

• Technical degree or diploma with 5 to 7 years of maintenance experience in a highly automated industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement permanent fixes for recurring equipment downtime issues.
• Root cause electrical faults from 24V DC up to 3-phase systems.
• Liaise with Production Supervisors and Coordinators on equipment priorities.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement tools to drive lasting process improvements.
• Manage shift handovers and ensure full EHS compliance throughout.
