Job summary

Britvic Ireland, part of the Carlsberg Group, is seeking a maintenance professional to join the site engineering team. This 12/18 month FTC role covers a 24-hour shift cycle to support safety, productivity, quality, cost and service goals in a high-morale environment.

You will work with engineering and operations to deliver OEE improvements, perform preventative maintenance in SAP, and respond to breakdowns with effective corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Practical engineering/maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience delivering maintenance services in a target-driven setting with KPIs.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental legislation in industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OEE targets and drive continuous improvement using OE tools and governance.
• Carry out the plant preventive maintenance plan and update SAP with completed actions.
• Attend reactive breakdowns, record corrective actions and lead follow-up reviews.
• Support engineering and operations to achieve safety, quality, cost and service objectives.
