Job summary

Latroupe is opening a new Dublin property in Grand Canal Dock and seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the building is safe, comfortable and fully operational 24/7 from day one. You will lead maintenance efforts during opening and establish processes, vendors and systems to keep the property running smoothly.

You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electricity, lifts and kitchen/bar equipment, while coordinating with contractors and internal teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, multi-skilled maintenance experience in 24/7 properties.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety, HVAC, hot water systems.
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support handover and snagging during opening.
• Manage defects list and warranty claims in first year.
• Organise technical documentation and manuals.
