Lyrath Estate Kilkenny is seeking a Maintenance Person to join our Maintenance Team. You will be responsible for daily upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of hotel buildings, rooms, equipment and the surrounding grounds to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

The successful candidate may also be required to work across our sister property, Springhill Hotel Kilkenny. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and carpentry is essential, with HVAC as a plus.

Formación

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and carpentry.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Physically fit and able to lift, climb and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible with shifts including weekends or nights.

• Maintain, repair and uphold hotel facilities, rooms, equipment and grounds.
• Ensure safety and comfort for guests and staff.
• Work across the main property and sister property when required.

The luxurious five star Lyrath Estate Kilkenny Is recruiting for a Maintenance Person to join our Maintenance Team. The Maintenance team is responsible for keeping the hotel's facilities safe, functional, and in good condition for guests and staff. You will be responsible for the daily upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of hotel buildings, rooms, equipment and the surrounding grounds to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff of the hotel.

The successful candidate may also be required to work across our sister property, Springhill Hotel Kilkenny.

Knowledge of:

• Plumbing
• Electrical systems
• Carpentry
• HVAC (a plus)
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Physically fit as this role requires lifting, climbing, standing)
• Flexible with shifts (including weekends or nights)
