Job summary

Lyrath Estate Kilkenny is recruiting a Maintenance Person to join our Maintenance Team. The role covers daily upkeep, repairs and general maintenance of hotel buildings, rooms, equipment and grounds to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Flexibility with shifts, including weekends or nights, is required.

The luxurious five star Lyrath Estate Kilkenny Is recruiting for a Maintenance Person to join our Maintenance Team. The Maintenance team is responsible for keeping the hotel’s facilities safe, functional, and in good condition for guests and staff. You will be responsible for the daily upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of hotel buildings, rooms, equipment and the surrounding grounds to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff of the hotel.

The successful candidate may also be required to work across our sister property,Springhill Hotel Kilkenny.

Knowledge of:

• Plumbing
• Electrical systems

• Physically fit as this role requires lifting, climbing, standing)
