Job summary

HERO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a leading medical device facility in Ireland. You will own maintenance, lead a team of technicians, and drive equipment reliability in a highly regulated environment.

The role requires 5+ years in regulated manufacturing maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic knowledge, and CMMS experience (SAP PM/Maximo). An Engineering degree is preferred, with CMRP/CRL a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
• CMMS experience (SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).
