Ipsen Manufacturing Ireland Ltd seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability and asset performance across the Dublin site. The role ensures safe, reliable and efficient operation of equipment, utilities and infrastructure within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You will lead a skilled team, drive continuous improvement, and shape the future performance of the site while coordinating with Ipsen's network to deliver medicines to patients globally.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.
• Significant maintenance leadership experience within pharmaceutical, API, chemical process or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, reliability and asset management principles.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing external contractors.
• Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability and asset performance across our Dublin manufacturing site. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our manufacturing equipment, critical utilities and site infrastructure operate safely, reliably and efficiently.

Your Role

As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintenance strategy, equipment reliability and lifecycle management of site assets, ensuring the site has the capability, systems and technical support required to achieve its operational objectives.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.

• Experience supporting complex process manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of critical utility systems, refrigeration, automation, instrumentation and calibration systems.
• Experience with reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA or Root Cause Analysis.
• Knowledge of process safety and hazardous manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting asset replacement and capital investment programmes.
