Haleon, a world-class consumer health company, seeks an engineering leader to provide maintenance support to the Value Stream. You will lead maintenance technicians, drive training and development, and ensure activities meet EHS and GMP standards.

This role focuses on daily supervision, performance metrics, RCAs, problem solving with OEMs, and contributing to continuous improvement and equipment reliability within the site.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certification or equivalent Qualification within a recognized Engineering Trade.
• Third level qualification in Engineering.
• Detailed knowledge of Packaging/Manufacturing/NRT Process environment maintenance.
• OE Green Belt qualification.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day maintenance activities within the department, manage the technician teams and apprentices.
• Ensure technician training & development takes place and is maintained.
• Ensure all activities are carried out according to best EHS and GMP practices.
• Deliver all Maintenance Metrics (Service, EHS, Quality, Value).
• RCA / Failure Analysis for all significant issues by technician teams.
• Liaise with OEMs for problem support and improvements.
• Support and drive Maintenance Diagnostic action plan and continuous improvement projects.
• Shutdown management, delivery and start-up.
