Job summary

Wills Consultants in Ireland is seeking a skilled Engineer to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability across manufacturing sites. You’ll support the Shift Manager, lead site stoppages, and mentor technicians to uphold safety and quality.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled expertise, experience with conveyors, cranes, robotics and PLCs, plus CMMS/PPM knowledge and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• ONC/HNC or Full B-Tech in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with conveyors, sorters, cranes, robotics, and PLC/control systems.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of CMMS/PPM processes and health & safety regulations.
