Brown Thomas Arnotts is hiring a Hugo Boss Sales Consultant for our Menswear Department in Dundrum. You will deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury shopping experience, acting as trusted advisor, building client relationships and driving sales while maintaining service excellence across interactions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong product knowledge, a track record of achieving targets, and comfort with CRM, POS and stock systems.

Qualifications

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with strong product knowledge.
Expert styling and product advice with professionalism and confidence.
Highly organised, multitasker in a fast-paced retail environment.
Comfort with POS, CRM, WhatsApp clienteling and stock systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and tailor recommendations to drive sales.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales and service targets.
Provide expert product knowledge across categories and stay informed on launches.
Process transactions, loyalty sign-ups and returns accurately.
Collaborate with stockroom, online and concessions for seamless operations.
Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Promote adoption of digital tools and ensure data privacy compliance.
Maintain professionalism and brand values in all interactions.
