Brown Thomas Dublin is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Accessories Department to deliver a world-class luxury shopping experience. You will act as a trusted style advisor, build long-term client relationships and drive sales while upholding brand standards on the shop floor.

The successful candidate will combine passion for luxury service with deep product knowledge and a proactive, customer-focused approach to contribute to the department’s commercial success.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Flexibility to cover weekdays and weekends.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets while maintaining service standards.

• Deliver personalised customer service, tailoring recommendations to individual needs and building lasting client relationships
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while upholding the highest standards of luxury service
• Act as a confident brand storyteller, sharing product expertise and inspiring customers through engaging, professional interactions
• Work closely with colleagues across sales, stockroom, and online functions to ensure seamless brand representation and customer experience
• Respond flexibly to new launches, seasonal priorities, and changing customer needs while remaining solutions-focused
• Use CRM and clienteling tools (e.g., WhatsApp, loyalty app) to enhance customer engagement and drive repeat business
