Job summary

The g Hotel & Spa, part of the Limited Edition collection within the Leonardo Hotels portfolio, is seeking an Operations Manager to steer daily operations and elevate guest care. You will partner with the General Manager to lead a vibrant team, ensure brand standards and health and safety compliance, and drive recruitment, training and guest experience across all departments.

This role requires flexibility to cover peak periods, including evenings and weekends, and a strong focus on service

• Experience managing operations in a branded luxury hotel.
• Strong team leadership and guest service focus.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations with the General Manager.
• Lead and develop hotel teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive guest satisfaction, efficiency and financial performance.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and audits.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and staff activities.
• Position the hotel for luxury brand positioning.
• Lead department heads to deliver brand standards.
