The Merrion is seeking a Drawings Room Host to join our luxury five-star team in Dublin. You will welcome guests, seat them at allocated tables, and help maintain a seamless flow in the Drawing Rooms, while delivering a warm, personalised Five-Star service.

Qualifications

Strong guest focus with excellent communication skills and fluent spoken and written English.
Ability to multi-task and work flexibly in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

Welcoming and seating guests at their allocated tables.
Controlling the flow of people through the Drawing Rooms.
Directing guests to other departments when needed.
Ensuring a five-star, warm welcome for all guests.
Assisting with service where required.
