La Prairie Group AG in Dundrum, Ireland, is seeking a part-time Beauty Consultant (3 days per week) to join the Brown Thomas Dundrum counter as a Maison Ambassador, delivering a truly exceptional luxury skincare service.

You will build meaningful relationships with discerning clients, curate bespoke experiences, demonstrate the brand’s elegance and expertise, and help achieve sales targets through personalised clienteling.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background with a track record of achieving results.
• Passion for beauty and skincare with luxury focus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen to drive sales and exceed targets.
• Confidence networking within store for new opportunities.
• Collaborative team player in a diverse, high-performing environment.
• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (desired).

Responsibilities

• Make informed business decisions aligned with brand values and ambitions.
• Achieve sales objectives through client retention and new client acquisition, focusing on High Net Worth Individuals and VIPs.
• Cultivate strong relationships across the store with Personal Shoppers and Concierges.
• Ensure retail excellence and impeccable housekeeping and POS standards.
• Create deep client connections and personalized experiences to build loyalty.
• Proactively introduce tailored products via 1:1 luxury experiences.
• Engage clients through La Prairie clienteling tools and systems.
• Demonstrate brand heritage, innovation, and skincare benefits.
• Deliver exceptional service with guided product application at counter and in cabin.
• Utilize treatment room to provide bespoke luxury facials and skincare treatments.
