La Prairie is seeking a part-time Beauty Consultant at Brown Thomas Dundrum. The role involves delivering personalized luxury skincare service, building relationships with discerning clients, and acting as a Maison Ambassador across the counter and treatment room.

You will curate tailored experiences, achieve sales targets, and nurture client loyalty while representing the brand’s heritage and scientific excellence.

Qualifications

• Traditional retail experience with a track record of results.
• Passion for beauty and luxury skincare, committed to excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client-centric service.
• Strong sales drive and ability to exceed targets.
• Willingness to network within the store to create new opportunities.
• Collaborative team player in a high-performing environment.
• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (desired).

Responsibilities

• Make informed business decisions aligned with brand values and ambitions.
• Achieve sales objectives through client retention and new client acquisition, focusing on High Net Worth Individuals and VIPs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with store partners and Personal Shoppers.
• Ensure retail excellence with impeccable housekeeping and POS standards.
• Create deep client connections and tailor 1:1 luxury experiences.
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and brand heritage to clients.
• Deliver exceptional service by guiding product application at counter and in the cabin.
• Utilise treatment room for bespoke luxury facials and skin treatments to deepen loyalty.
