Job summary

REFY is seeking a Beauty Consultant to join the team in the beauty department at Brown Thomas, Dundrum in Dublin. You will drive sales, provide personalized consultations, and help grow brand presence through events and strong client relationships in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers and team members.
• A passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail environments.
• Demonstrated success in achieving individual sales and KPIs.
• Up to date with social media trends, with a personal presence and understanding of how social media influences beauty retail.

Responsibilities

• Drive REFY’s business objectives, meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Engaging with customers to showcase REFY products and provide personalised consultations.
• Building brand awareness and maintaining relationships with existing clientele.
• Supporting retail events and activations during peak seasons.
• Gaining insight into customer service, sales, and brand representation.
• Ensuring replenishment and stock levels are maintained.
• Participate in regular product training and growth opportunities at our HQ
