Job summary

Brown Thomas Arnotts is seeking a Beauty Consultant to join the REFY beauty team in Dundrum. You will be the REFY ambassador, delivering personalised consultations, showcasing world-first, multifunctional products and driving brand awareness with every customer interaction.

You will meet and exceed personal and team KPIs, replenish stock, support retail events, and participate in product training at our HQ, while staying attuned to beauty trends and luxury retail standards.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse customers and team members.
Passion for beauty industry and luxury retail environments.
Demonstrated success in achieving individual sales and KPIs.
Up to date with social media trends and influencer-led beauty retail.

Responsibilities

Drive REFY’s business objectives, meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
Engage with customers to showcase REFY products and provide personalised consultations.
Build brand awareness and maintain relationships with existing clientele.
Support retail events and activations during peak seasons.
Gain insight into customer service, sales, and brand representation.
Ensure replenishment and stock levels are maintained.
Participate in regular product training and growth opportunities at our HQ.
