Browns Brasserie, located within Brown Thomas on O'Connell Street in Limerick, is hiring a friendly, customer-focused Barista for full- or part-time shifts. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve drinks and food, and help maintain a polished dining environment.

No prior restaurant experience is required—full training is provided. The role offers competitive hourly pay (€14.15–€15.15), flexible hours, paid holidays, staff discounts, meals, and opportunities for career growth within our luxury

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional attitude and a passion for great food and hospitality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
• Experience in a busy restaurant is a plus, but not required — full training will be provided.
• Flexibility to work a mix of shifts (including evenings and weekends).

Responsibilities
