Job summary

Flogas Ireland is seeking an experienced Terminal Manager to lead the LPG terminal operations in Tivoli Cork, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance and operation across import, storage, and handling activities. You will supervise contractors, manage permits, and uphold safety and regulatory standards within a fast-paced facility.

The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with asset management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in an operational or maintenance management role.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with contractors and staff.
• Proactive, safety-focused with ability to manage compliance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day LPG terminal operations, ensuring safe, compliant performance.
• Coordinate planned maintenance, inspections, and tests with records in the asset system.
• Oversee contractor management, permits to work, risk assessments, and change management.
• Ensure staff training and assessments for ship unloading and terminal ops.
• Monitor budget, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance.
• Support health and safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
