Glanmore Foods is seeking a Logistics & Customer Fulfilment Coordinator to join a full-time, permanent team based in Dublin 15. The role focuses on coordinating daily logistics with third-party providers, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting continuous improvement across the distribution network.

Ideal candidates have experience in logistics or related fields, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel or ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics providers to ensure delivery performance.
• Support OTIF delivery targets and resolve delivery issues while maintaining customer service.
• Monitor logistics performance, track KPIs, and identify efficiency/cost improvements.
• Build relationships with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to meet commitments.
• Support logistics reporting, cost analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction remains central to logistics and fulfilment activities.

Are you passionate about customer service, logistics, and ensuring exceptional operational delivery? At Glanmore Foods, we are committed to delivering high-quality, nutritious meals to schools across Ireland. We are looking for a Logistics & Customer Fulfilment Coordinator to join our talented team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week, based in the office full time (Dublin 15)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient and reliable delivery performance.
• Support OTIF delivery targets, investigating and resolving delivery issues while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Monitor logistics performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and cost control.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to ensure customer commitments are achieved.
• Support logistics reporting, cost analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across the distribution network.
• Ensure customer satisfaction remains at the heart of all logistics and fulfilment activities.

About You

• Previous experience within logistics, supply chain, customer service, distribution, operations, or a similar environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with logistics providers, transport partners, or distribution operations is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or logistics systems would be advantageous.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and changing priorities.
