Job summary

Google Ireland is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary supply chain projects from initiation to completion. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners across the company. Your role spans multiple offices and time zones.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Ireland: €116000 - €118000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Supply Demand planning and Order Fulfillment Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order management and drive on-time material delivery against forecasted capacity.
• Develop current and next-quarter delivery plans to meet forecasts and deployment schedules.
• Lead Open Order Book reviews with stakeholders to ensure last-mile delivery isn't on the critical path for network capacity.
• Partner with multiple stakeholders and vendors to drive daily operational workflows with bias for action.
• Identify and implement project-based improvements to drive the organization’s long-term objectives.

• Oversee order management and drive on-time material delivery against Cloud’s forecasted capacity at Google’s network locations.
• Develop current and next-quarter delivery plans to meet forecasts and deployment schedules.
• Lead Open Order Book operational reviews with stakeholders and partner teams. Ensure last-mile delivery isn't on the critical path for network capacity. Meet operational metrics, maintain visibility, and identify and resolve root causes.
• Partner with multiple stakeholders, and vendors to drive daily operational workflows with bias for action.
• Identify and implement project based improvements for the larger group by exercising advanced domain knowledge to drive the organization’s long-term objectives.
