Center Parcs UK & Ireland is hiring a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie for the Takeaway service at Sherwood Forest. The role involves preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to high standards, supervising Kitchen Assistants, and supporting kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

Restaurant Runner delivers freshly prepared meals from our restaurants straight to guests' accommodation.

We'​re looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Restaurant Runner team. You'll prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements
• Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets
• Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards

Your working hours

• Part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum amount of hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
