Job summary

Chanelle Pharma is seeking a dedicated LIMS Administrator to support the implementation, configuration, validation, deployment and ongoing optimisation of LabWare LIMS across QC laboratories. The role acts as the key link between laboratory operations, quality systems, IT and external vendors to ensure compliant, efficient and standardised processes.

The successful candidate will bring strong QC GMP experience and practical knowledge of LabWare LIMS and Waters Empower, reporting to the QC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in GMP pharmaceutical QC laboratory.
• Experience with regulated QMS and Computer System Validation.
• LabWare LIMS configuration/administration experience desirable.
• Waters Empower experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, testing, validation, deployment and post-go-live support of LIMS.
• Configure and maintain LIMS workflows, master data, calculations and reporting structures.
• Translate lab and business requirements into clear functional system requirements.
• Collaborate with QC, QA, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and vendors.
• Support data migration, reconciliation and verification.
• Identify opportunities to improve lab efficiency, compliance and user experience.
