Job summary

IQVIA in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Lifecycle Safety program leader to manage delivery across single or multiple safety functions, aligning cross-functional teams and customers to deliver a seamless program. You will oversee project planning, finances, and governance, act as SME for safety solutions, and collaborate with Sales to drive growth while maintaining global consistency.

Qualifications

Life Sciences Degree or related field.
Minimum 3 years' Lifecycle Safety experience with project management.
Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines and IQVIA SOPs.
Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to lead teleconferences.

Responsibilities

Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects.
Lead project planning, scope management, quality and financial management.
Act as account owner over a program or portfolio and report metrics.
Develop and defend proposed safety solutions as SME; interact with executives and partners.
Provide leadership for customer-facing collateral and presentations; collaborate across lifecycle safety.
Collaborate with Sales/Proposals to respond quickly to opportunities and drive growth.
Participate in audits/inspections and governance processes.
