Aiven is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to manage the end-to-end user journey for its self-serve customers. This role focuses on maximizing user activation and conversion while driving monetization outcomes through personalized messaging and strategic user engagement.
The ideal candidate will have proven lifecycle marketing experience, a strong data-driven approach, and the ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and data teams to achieve measurable growth.
We’re a global team of over 400 people, working together to push the boundaries of open‑source technology and multi‑cloud solutions. Our vision is to help developers, builders, and creators bring their ideas to life with speed and simplicity, by providing a cloud data platform that makes open‑source databases, search, streaming, and application infrastructure easily accessible to everyone.
We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end user journey for Aiven's self‑serve customer base. This role is deeply focused on what happens after someone signs up — turning new users into activated ones, activated users into paying customers, and paying customers into expanded accounts.
You’ll combine segmentation, behavioural data, and personalised messaging to build a lifecycle program that drives measurable monetisation outcomes. This includes everything from in‑console nudges to nurture flows to expansion signals.
