Job summary

Qualifications

• A third level qualification in a Scientific or Engineering Field would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience with MS Office suite and ERP systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales customer assistance with product choice and usage.
• Evaluate and compile Technical and Commercial quotations for customers mainly in Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical industries.
• Collaborate closely with external product specialists for the life science portfolio, including quoting, order processing and expediting of orders.
• Build and strengthen relationships with supply chain stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work independently and as part of a team, delivering within agreed timelines and supporting KPI achievement.
