Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd in Ireland is seeking an Operations Lead for an initial 12-month contract in Dublin. The role focuses on leading manufacturing operations within a highly regulated Life Sciences environment and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

The candidate will drive manufacturing readiness, support process improvements, and ensure production requirements are integrated into project delivery, while applying strong GMP knowledge and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/medical device manufacturing.
• Understanding of GMP and manufacturing operations.
• Proven project coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational representative for manufacturing projects, ensuring production requirements are incorporated throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain and technical teams to support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate manufacturing readiness activities for new processes, equipment upgrades and site improvement projects.
• Drive resolution of technical and operational challenges through effective troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement.
• Support the development and review of manufacturing documentation, risk assessments, change controls and training materials.
