Job summary

QCS Staffing seeks an Operations Lead for Ireland, Dublin, on an initial 12-month contract in Life Sciences. You will act as the operational representative for manufacturing projects and collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain and technical teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence.

The role requires a degree in science or engineering, strong GMP knowledge, and proven project coordination with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• Significant experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements and manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational representative for manufacturing projects, ensuring production requirements are incorporated throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain and technical teams to support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate manufacturing readiness activities for new processes, equipment upgrades and site improvement projects.
• Drive resolution of technical and operational challenges through effective troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement.
• Support the development and review of manufacturing documentation, risk assessments, change controls and training materials.
