Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related discipline with pharma experience.
• PM experience in a manufacturing GMP environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes: planning, resourcing, risk/issue management.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication across all organisational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical project planning and management, maintaining timelines and milestones.
• Define and monitor deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery and budget alignment.
• Coordinate financial and FTE resource forecasting for current and future work.
• Facilitate and communicate project activities with stakeholders.
• Maintain risk registers and track status/resolution; support process improvements.
