Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced MES Consultant to design, implement, and deploy Manufacturing Execution Systems for Life Sciences clients. The role involves collaborating with clients, business users and technical teams across Werum PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, Siemens Opcenter Pharma, Emerson Syncade, and other manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Ideally 3+ years of MES experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with PAS-X, PharmaSuite, Opcenter Pharma, Syncade or similar.
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP, validation principles, and Computer System Validation.
• Ability to work with international teams and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, configuration, and validation of MES.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to translate processes to MES solutions.
• Document user and functional requirements for manufacturing execution.
• Design, configure, and implement EBR/MBR.
• Assist MES integration with ERP and automation systems.
• Support testing, validation, and regulatory documentation.
• Participate in workshops and contribute to solution design decisions.
• Support deployment, go-live, hypercare, and application support.
• Share knowledge and promote MES best practices.
