Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Leisure Centre Supervisor to ensure smooth centre operations and top-tier customer care across our facilities in Ireland. You will lead, train and support staff, implement SOPs, and help drive sales while modelling excellent service.

The role requires a fitness instructor and lifeguard credentials, first aid where relevant, and availability for a shift pattern across days including weekends. Dalata backs your growth with Academy programmes.

Qualifications

• 6 months of prior Leisure Centre supervisor experience is essential.
• Eligible to work in Ireland and fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of invoicing systems and customer care standards.
• Certifications in fitness, lifeguarding and first aid are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the leisure centre operation.
• Ensure the best levels of customer care within the property.
• Support employees with training and development, employee engagement and any HR issues.
• To help implement and maintain the highest standard operating procedures for all service areas.
• Recruitment and rostering of staff to business levels.
• Drive sales and role model exemplary customer service for all items.

What You’ll Need

• Knowledge and experience of using the Invoice system
• 6 months of previous experience as a Leisure Centre supervisor is essential
• Be eligible to work legally in Ireland and must be fluent in written and spoken English
• Fully qualified and certified Fitness Instructor
• Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard (cert in date)
• Certified in Occupational First Aid (cert in date) - desirable but not essentialCertified Pool Plant Room operator(cert in date) - desirable but not essential
• Reps Ireland Registration
• Available to work a mix of shifts from Monday to Sunday 06:30 - 22:00.
