Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Leisure Club Attendant to welcome members, respond to queries, and help maintain a friendly, well-run club environment at our properties in Ireland.

You will support daily operations, assist with marketing and upselling efforts, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. Training through our Dalata Academy will help you grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings and weekends.
• Pool lifeguard certification and First Aid are essential.
• NCEF qualification or the equivalent is essential.
• Ability to work in a team and progress in your career.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for members via in-person, phone or email.
• Ensure the club runs smoothly during opening hours.
• Assist the Club Manager in marketing and upselling the club.
• Carry out general cleaning duties as required.
• Administer membership enquiries and close sales with customers.

Reporting to the Club Vitae Manager/Supervisor, the Leisure Club Attendant will assist in providing a safe and efficient environment for club members.

Your Job

• Act as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone/email
• Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours
• Assist the Club Manager in the marketing/upselling of the club
• Carry out general cleaning duties
• Administer membership enquiries and complete the sale with the customer
