United Drug is seeking a Lean Specialist to support the Lean Programme Manager in delivering improvement initiatives across UDW, UDD and UDC. You will identify waste, assist in Kaizen events, and contribute to efficiency through data-driven analysis and reporting.

The Lean Specialist supports the Lean Programme Manager in the delivery of assigned programmes and projects across the United Drug Business. Working under close guidance, the Lean Specialist will assist in identifying process waste, supporting Kaizen events and Value Stream Analyses, and contributing to efficiency and productivity improvements across UDW, UDD and UDC. This is a developmental role designed to build a strong foundation in lean, programme management, and continuous improvement practices
