Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience within a similar role ideally within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Managerial/supervisory/team leader experience is essential.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Planning and overseeing effective execution of all Production operations on shift.
• Managing team to meet daily/weekly production plan demands.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
