The Cork LEAN Expert role will be part of the team responsible for the design, adoption, and execution of the LEAN transformation roadmap for the Cork site reporting to the LEAN & Digital Director. The LEAN team is responsible for developing and deploying the LEAN behaviors, principles, standards, and tools across the GEHC PDx network to drive tangible business value.
This role is critical to driving the Cultural Change required to move Cork to a true LEAN organization. The role requires hands‑on experience applying Lean/driving results through continuous improvement and will be a contributing leader to the overall success of the program.
