Job summary

ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. The Workday HRIS Manager role leads HR technology initiatives to optimize HR systems and processes, driving efficiency and business success.

You will manage the HR tech team, oversee system enhancements and integrations, and work with stakeholders to develop a global HR technology strategy while ensuring data accuracy and SOX-aligned controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Workday technology experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.
• Experience with system integrations and data management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and PM skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and data security.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR Tech team operations and resource planning.
• Oversee Workday system enhancements, integrations, and CAB participation.
• Develop and implement the HR technology strategy with stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and enable reporting/analytics.
• Provide user training and support to HR staff and end-users.
• Ensure compliance and security including SOX alignment.
• Vendor and SLAs management.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver tech-enabled HR solutions.
• Drive HR process improvement and automation.
• Promote ICON values in daily work.
