Qualifications

• 3+ years' veterinary experience.
• Strong small animal clinical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in mentoring colleagues and developing others.
• A proactive and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the clinical team.
• Continue working clinically with a varied small animal caseload.
• Maintain and develop high clinical standards.
• Help create a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Support operational and financial performance of the clinic.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient care and client experience.
• Work with Regional Director and wider clinical network.
• Play an active role in future growth of the practice.
