Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited in Dublin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to guide a small team delivering hiring across a fast-growing fintech client in the EMEA region. The role balances hands-on delivery with leadership, stakeholder management, and commercially focused priorities.

You will partner with clients and talent colleagues to keep hiring moving, solve challenges, and continuously improve how deliverables are executed. This is a hands-on leadership position in a hybrid Dublin setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership or mentoring of Talent Partners.
• Experience recruiting across commercial/go-to-market functions.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Talent Acquisition delivery for a strategic fintech client across commercial and go-to-market functions.
• Provide guidance and support to a small team of talent partners.
• Own delivery across multiple business areas, ensuring quality, pace and consistency.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted partner.
• Translate hiring demand into clear, executable plans and priorities.
• Use data and market insight to identify trends, solve problems and improve decision‑making.
• Manage requisition load from intake to offer with a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, candidate experience and overall hiring delivery.
• Balance client expectations with team capacity, performance and wellbeing.
