ProSource Group is seeking an experienced Associate Structural Engineer in Ireland to lead the delivery of high-rise residential, commercial, conservation and data-centre projects. This role offers a clear pathway to Associate Director and exposure to major projects across Ireland and the UK.
The successful candidate will have Chartered status, 10+ years of design experience in a consultancy, and strong leadership and client-management skills, with proficiency in key structural software
Competenze
- Bachelor’s in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a strong structural focus.
- Chartered Engineer status with Engineers Ireland or an equivalent professional institution.
- 10+ years’ structural design experience within a consulting engineering environment.
- Proven experience leading projects, managing technical teams and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness, including fee management, budgeting and programme delivery.
- Proficiency in structural design software such as Autodesk Robot, Tekla Structural Designer, CADS A3D and Tedds.
Mansioni
- Lead the structural engineering delivery of high rise residential, commercial, conservation and data-centre projects.
- Take projects from concept and preliminary design through to detailed design and construction.
- Provide technical leadership across steel, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry structures.
- Manage project programmes, resources, budgets and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate directly with clients, architects, contractors and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Mentor junior engineers as they pursue chartership with Engineers Ireland or IStructE.
