Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and help drive KPI performance. You will lead and develop the store team, maintain stock levels, and ensure outstanding customer service within a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a leaving certificate or equivalent, a valid driving licence, and the flexibility to work varied shifts. A customer-focused approach and strong communication are essential to succeed at Lidl Ireland.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced environment (store setting preferred).
• Driving licence required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team while achieving KPIs.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
