CPL Healthcare is partnering with a client in Carlow to recruit a Social Care Leader for a new children’s residential service. The role supports children under 12 in a therapeutic residential environment, guiding staff and assisting the Management Team in daily operations.

The successful candidate will lead with a child-centred approach, ensure safeguarding and HIQA standards are upheld, and contribute to safe, nurturing care within a developing organisation.

Formación

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within children’s services.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding, and child-centred practice.
