Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of a South Dublin residential scheme starting in Q4 2026. The successful candidate will report to the Commercial Manager or Senior QS and oversee cost control, budgeting and reporting from project start.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience as a Project QS with a main contractor, ideally on residential developments.
• Strong commercial and cost management skills.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of commercial management on the project, including cost control, budgeting and reporting from project start-up.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, payment applications, valuations and variations.
• Support procurement and tendering of subcontractor packages.
• Prepare and agree final accounts as the project progresses.
• Liaise with the design team, client and subcontractors on all commercial matters.
• Monitor project cash flow, cost reporting and risk management throughout delivery.
