Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of the project from tender to final account.
• Manage procurement and subcontract packages.
• Prepare valuations, cost reports and cash-flow forecasts.
• Manage variations, change control and final accounts.
• Mentor and support junior QS team members.
• Report commercial performance to senior management.
