Job summary

ICDS (UK) Ltd in Limerick City is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a new residential development. You will lead delivery from start to finish, coordinating site teams and stakeholders to meet safety, quality, programme, and cost targets.

Qualifications

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Proven experience delivering residential construction projects.
Strong background managing multi-storey RC frame developments.
Experience as Project Manager / lead from inception to completion.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project budgets and programmes.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership and responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from start to finish.
Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion.
Ensure all works are delivered in compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Review design information, drawings, and technical specifications.
Manage procurement, subcontractor performance, and project resources.
Chair regular progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
Drive a strong culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement on site.
