Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a Cork-based roofing and cladding contractor. You will lead projects from planning through completion, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Candidate should have extensive experience in roofing and cladding, strong technical knowledge, and a proven ability to manage budgets and programmes. A full driving licence is essential for site visits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managing roofing and cladding projects.
• Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of roofing, cladding and façade systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors, programmes and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing and cladding projects from planning through to completion.
• Develop and maintain project programmes with Contracts Manager and site teams.
• Provide technical guidance on roofing, cladding and façade works.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and materials.
• Ensure works are safe and in line with procedures.
• Monitor progress, quality, budgets and deadlines.
• Manage project costs and variations.
• Work with commercial team to meet targets.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, providing updates.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting delivery.
