Job summary

Elk Recruitment is seeking a Master Scheduler to join our client’s Wicklow-based team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining production schedules and coordinating daily production activities to ensure on-time completion.

You will liaise across creative, logistics and supply chain teams, track production status, resolve delays, and maintain documentation. This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary of €40,000–€60,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production planning or scheduling role within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning, lead time management and scheduling principles.
• Experience working with production data and planning systems (ERP or similar).
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with shop floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining production schedules and communicate updates to all relevant departments.
• Coordinating and overseeing daily production activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Liaising between different teams, including creative, logistics, and supply chain, to facilitate smooth production flow.
• Tracking and reporting on production status, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records related to production processes and materials.
