Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Title and Summary Manager, Product Management - Business Experimentation & Optimization to help shape the evolution of Test & Learn. You will own end-to-end product workstreams guided by customer research, market insights, and business priorities, delivering measurable outcomes across a global client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering product enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate customer needs, market insights into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in SaaS.
• Understanding of how product decisions affect customer adoption and growth.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product workstreams leveraging research, market insights, usage data and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and inform roadmap decisions.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, client delivery and regional teams to deliver scalable product capabilities and support adoption.
• Support product transformation initiatives, including platform enhancements and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted product partner for regional teams, guiding on capabilities, use cases and priorities.
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness by shaping product positioning and launch plans.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to foster collaboration and accountability.
